Cold Conditioning & Brew Day

Tomorrow, I will move the Scottish Heavy to a keg for lagering and carbonating.

I will also be brewing a new mild recipe. I am attempting to brew a "Breakfast Mild". I will be using my standard mild recipe(Brexit...Stage Left) replacing part of the Maris Otter malt with Flaked Oats. I will also replace half of the chocolate malt with coffee malt.

If it needs more of a coffee kick, I will add cold brewed coffee after fermentation.
